From the Oakland Roots:

Club Statement on Roots and Project 51O Events

Project 51O’s match against Sacramento Gold FC on March 15th and against Academica on March 22nd will be closed to the public. This decision was made after careful consideration of a public health alert from the Alameda County Department of Public Health on March 10 and the City of Oakland on March 11 regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus).

The matches will still be played at 3 pm, and a live stream will be available at MyCujoo.tv.

Oakland Roots and Project 51O officials will continue to monitor the situation. The safety of our fans, as well as players and staff on both teams, is paramount. We will continue to provide updates on future events as more information becomes available. Additionally, we will update everyone on our NISA league games as more information becomes available.
