Just returned from Avaya Stadium. Been a long day that started with the NPSL match between El Farolito and the Sacramento Gold that was the home opener for the debutants at Boxer Stadium, followed by a match at the Presidio between San Francisco City FC and the Academy of Art (which was moved from City College across the freeway to Paul Goode Field on the north side of town), and the nightcap 50 miles to the south at Avaya Stadium between the San Jose Earthquakes and Houston Dynamo. In the coming days I will posting blurbs and highlights. I won’t say anything else except I promise that I will just talk about soccer and hopping from game to game. Once things cool down, I will be posting highlights.
