In a game that was marked with league records for shots with 43 and shots on goal for the Quakes and saves from Vancouver Whitecaps goalkeeper Maxime Crepeau with 19, the home team was once again dominant while the visitors continued their season with futility with San Jose winning 3 to 1.

While Vancouver got off to an early lead with a goal from Jacob Nerwinski in the 6th minute, Judson tied the match one minute later.  The Quakes held on to the league thanks to two insurance goals from Chris Wondolowski in the 34th minute and Andy Rios with his second half goal in the 73rd.
