This week has the Roots and Quakes competing. First up the Roots win their semi-final game against Chattanooga to advance to the Fall Championship against Detroit City only to fall short in their NISA swan song. Michael of the Beautiful Blog has the deets:

Also the Quakes were in action against the Galaxy. Right now, going to let our friends at the Beautiful Blog speak on the game–this time another victory against an LA based club with a 2-1 win. There is one more bit of Roots news in which their postponed Justice Match will finally be played this Saturday afternoon at 3pm.
