In the latest edition of the SF Derby in San Bruno between SF City and the host SF Glens the game was an evenly played match until Nonso Amidabua scored two quick goals at the start of the second half. A penalty kick save from Lucas Jones late in the game gave the Glens a 2-0 win over SF City.

Next up for the Glens is another home match against Project 51O on Sunday June 11 at 12:30 as part of a doubleheader with their women’s team who will play the Oakland Soul after the first match. The former serves as the reserve/developmental team for the Oakland Roots while the latter is the USL W representative of the club. SF City will return home to host Academica SC from Turlock on Saturday June 10 at 6pm.
