Bay FC come from behind losing 1-0 to defeat San Diego 2-1 in dramatic fashion.
Kyra Carusa opened up the scoring for the visitors with her strike in the 23rd minute, forcing the home team to once again play catch up. In the second half, Scarlett Camberos rewarded the fans with her goal in the 56th minute drawing the game even at 1-1 with the assist from Kiki Pickett. The winning tally for Bay FC came in by benefit of an own goal by San Diego’s Hanna Lundkvist when she and Racheal Kundananj battled for the ball with the tap rolling into the net, assuring the home team of the victory.
