Bay FC v Thorns

Bay FC defeat Portland Thorns 1-0 thanks to a strike from Alyssa Malonson in the 39th minute off a feed from Penelope Hocking.   Her running goal in the first half accounted for the only score of the game.  A second half attempt late in the game from Rachel Hill was called off from review by the officials.  In the end it was defensive play and 5 saves from Jordan Silkowitz that preserved the win for the home team.
