One more news item was announced last week was the San Jose Earthquakes being put for sale by owner John Fisher, who assumed the helm from co-owner Lew Wolff and his family in recent years.  Moelis & Co. will be handling the selling process of Fisher’s controlling interest in the club.  As of this year, the Quakes and Vancouver Whitecaps have been put on the market and here, the sale will also including PayPal Park.  The news as of writing will be ongoing until a new owner buys the club.
