The Town FC lose to Tacoma Defiance 1-0 at St. Mary’s College. Charlie Gaffney of the visitors accounted for the lone goal of the game with his strike in the first half of stoppage time. Nonso Adimabua was sent off in the 42nd minute with his foul away from the ball inside the Tacoma box.
Next up for The Town FC are two home games to close the regular season with the possibility of hosting a playoff match. First will be hosting Vancouver at PayPal Park on Wednesday October 1 at 7pm before returning to St. Mary’s College in Moraga to host Austin on Sunday October 4 at 1pm. Tacoma will return home to host Houston on the same Sunday and same time to finish the schedule.
