The team won their match but could not advance to the MLS Cup playoffs, with Dallas winning against Vancouver and Real Salt Lake drawing against St. Louis. Only Colorado drew with LAFC but that was not enough and now the team prepares for next season. As for Bay FC they have one more match on November 2 at Louisville where they can play spoiler, with their opponent and North Carolina vying for the last spot.
