Bay FC close their season with a 1 -0 loss on the road at Racing Louisville with Ella Hase scoring three minutes into the second half accounting for the only goal of the match. The team now begins the off-season with some roster moves and the search for a new head coach for 2026.

In an upset, second ranked Sacramento Republic was eliminated in penalty kicks 5 to 4 to seventh ranked Orange County SC after playing to a scoreless 120 minutes in the USL Championship Western Conference playoffs. With that match concluded the Bay Area top flight teams are now in their off-season, with their schedule to begin in February or March.
US Open Cup qualifying took place over the weekend and San Ramon FC advances with a 4-0 win over Inter SF, while the Olympic Club wins 4-1 over Ariana FC (Livermore, CA) of the UPSL.

The Town FC has announced their women’s team to begin play in the WPSL. Tryouts will be held soon, with the first attempt being a U-23 team and a women’s academy to develop players as a feeder club. The team will focus on the Tri-Valley area of Walnut Creek, Danville/San Ramon/Alamo, and Pleasanton. Stay tuned for further news.
