The Quakes and Galaxy drew even with a goal each in the 104th edition of the California Clasico. Beau Leroux gave the Quakes the lead with his strike inside the box off a Mark-Anthony Kaye assist 16 minutes into the game. However it was German star Marco Reus who gave the Galaxy the equalizer in the 70th minute.
Next for the Quakes is another home game, this time in their regular home field PayPal Park on Saturday July 5 at 7:30pm against the New York Red Bulls. LA returns home to face Vancouver in a holiday game Friday July 4 at 7:30pm.
