The Roots come from behind to draw against San Diego 2-2 with the equalizer from Ottar Magnus Karlsson four minutes into stoppage time in the closing minutes of the match.

Both teams have both a quick turnaround time for another match Saturday April 16 with the Roots continuing their homestand against Loudoun United (Virginia) while the Loyal return home to host Louisville City. Both games kick off 7pm.
The Roots and Loyal play to a scoreless draw.

The Roots have a quick turnaround with a match against Tacoma Defiance, this time at Las Positas College in Livermore on Wednesday September 15 7pm start time before another weekend match at their regular spot at Laney College against LA Galaxy II on Saturday September 18 at 7pm. San Diego will return home and face the very same opponent afterwards on Sunday September 19 3pm kick off. The Roots and Loyal will play once more on Wednesday September 22 7pm at Las Positas.
