At the campus of St. Mary’s College in Moraga The Town FC hosted their first official home game after playing at the host grounds at PayPal Park in San Jose. Roka Tsunehara opened up the scoring for the hosts with his 53rd minute goal, but it was Diego Gonzalez of Houston who drew the game even with his strike six minutes into stoppage time. The match was settled on penalty kicks with Houston making all of their shots and Casey Walls of The Town FC being stopped by Xavier Valdez giving the visitors the win.
