The Quakes are on a roll with their Open Cup win over Minnesota 4-2 to advance to the quarterfinals on May 20 at Colorado. Their tournament run if they should win further will be on the road to the semifinals and final. They also draw 1-1 on the road at Toronto with Preston Judd scoring the equalizer in the 13th minute. The team takes the week off before playing Vancouver this Saturday in a battle for first place in the Western Conference.
Bay FC gets a 1-0 win at San Diego on Sunday with Racheal Kundananji netting the only goal 5 minutes into the game. They return home for a Mother’s Day match Sunday against Utah Royals 1pm start.
